Star Digital are undertaking a scoping study into Interactive video with the assistance of Film Victoria. The overall project objective is to create an interactive video (IV) ‘rendering system’ that can be used by film industry people and design industry businesses to make any objects in any video footage interactive or clickable.
Desired Outcomes
1. Identify a simple production path for shooting and processing video
2. Identify the requirements for any new software that has to be written
3. Identify the requirements for any software that can be modified
4. Create a business case and proposal for raising money for funding
5. Identify possible business partners and markets
